Ticket Purchase
1.1. Online Ticket Sales: Tickets for the Museum can be purchased online through the designated ticketing platform.
1.3. Ticket Availability: Ticket availability is subject to capacity limitations and may vary based on date, time, and special events. The Museum reserves the right to modify or cancel ticket availability without prior notice.
1.4. Nonrefundable: All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. Should you need to reschedule your ticket, please write info@poco.art. Rescheduling is subject to capacity limitations and may vary based on date, time, and special events, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Ticket Usage
2.1. Validity: Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified at the time of purchase. Latecomers may be admitted at the Museum’s discretion but are not guaranteed entry.
2.2. Ticket Delivery: After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with an electronic ticket. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have received the confirmation email and that the ticket details are accurate.
2.3. Ticket Presentation: You must present a valid ticket, either in printed or digital form, for admission to the Museum. The ticket must be presented along with a valid form of identification, if required.
2.5. Ticket Misuse: The Museum reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke tickets if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Museum Policies
3.1. Code of Conduct: Visitors must comply with the Museum’s rules and regulations, which include but are not limited to, respecting the exhibits, refraining from disruptive behavior, and following staff instructions.
3.2. Cancellations or Changes: The Museum reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify exhibits, events, or services without prior notice. In the event of a cancellation by the Museum, you may be entitled to a refund or alternative arrangements, subject to the Museum’s sole discretion.
3.3. Health and Safety: Visitors are required to adhere to the Museum’s health and safety protocols, which may include wearing face masks, maintaining social distance, and following any additional guidelines provided by the Museum or local authorities.
3.4. Photography and Recording: The Museum may have specific policies regarding photography and recording. Visitors must respect these policies and seek permission for any commercial or professional photography or recording.
3.4.1. Smartphones: Visitors may use their smartphones for personal photography and recording, provided it does not disrupt other visitors or impede the flow of traffic.
3.4.2. Personal Cameras: Non-professional, handheld cameras are allowed for personal use.
3.4.3. Professional Equipment: The use of professional photography or recording equipment, including but not limited to DSLR cameras, tripods, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices, is require prior written permission from the Museum. Visitors seeking to use professional equipment for commercial or professional purposes must obtain explicit authorization from the Museum’s management in advance.
3.4.4. Museum Discretion: The Museum reserves the right to enforce additional restrictions on photography and recording activities based on exhibit-specific guidelines, preservation concerns, or the overall visitor experience.
3.4.5. Unauthorized Usage: Any unauthorized commercial or professional photography or recording, or the misuse of captured content, may result in immediate expulsion from the Museum premises and may be subject to legal action.
Please note that the Museum retains all intellectual property rights to its exhibits and may have specific rules regarding the dissemination of photographs or recordings taken within its premises.
3.5. Pets: For the comfort and safety of all visitors, pets are not allowed inside the Museum premises, with the exception of service animals as defined by applicable laws. Proper documentation and identification may be required for service animals.
3.6. Baggage Policy: To ensure the security and smooth operation of the Museum, visitors are prohibited from bringing large bags, suitcases, or oversized backpacks into the premises. A locker facility is available downstairs for the storage of personal items. Visitors are encouraged to leave their big luggage at home or in other secure locations.
3.6.1. Locker Usage: The Museum provides lockers for visitors to store their personal items. These lockers are subject to availability and operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Visitors are solely responsible for the security of their stored items and must follow any instructions provided by Museum staff regarding locker usage.
3.6.2. Restricted Items: Certain items may be prohibited from being stored in the lockers due to safety or security concerns. The Museum reserves the right to refuse the storage.
3.6.3. Liability: The Museum is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or misplacement of personal belongings stored in the lockers. Visitors are encouraged to take appropriate precautions and safeguard their valuables.
Limitation of Liability
4.1. Assumption of Risk: By purchasing tickets and entering the Museum, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your visit, including but not limited to personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
4.2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold the Museum, its affiliates, employees, and representatives harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your breach of this Agreement or your visit to the Museum.
4.3. Disclaimer: The Museum makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of exhibits, services, or any other aspect of your visit.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
By purchasing tickets online and visiting the Museum, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
