Our mission

It all began with a personal obsession. PoCo was born from the lifelong passion of Estonian tech pioneer Linnar Viik, who began collecting art in the late 1980s. As Estonia opened up to the world, so did the boundaries of creativity. Over the decades, Viik’s collection grew into something much bigger than a private archive — it became a mission. In 2023, PoCo opened its doors in Tallinn, transforming over 1,000 m² into a living, evolving canvas for global pop and contemporary art. The museum is now home to hundreds of works from artists who reflect the world we live in.
